About Di

How we define ourselves is interesting, don't you think?
I could say, I'm this or I'm that, what I'm passionate about, what I'm curious about, the things that get me up in the morning and the things that play on my mind at nighttime.
The things that really make my heart sing are simple - and I notice them when I'm paying attention. When my senses are alive and in the present moment rather than when my mind is racing ahead or scuttling around in the past.
I'm in my flow, unaware of time passing when I'm connected to other people, to my own creativity, when I'm safe.
When I'm tired, I am less resourced.
I think this is the same for most people?
I've learnt over the years how I can best create the conditions for my creativity to manifest and I get a terrific buzz out of supporting other people to do the same.
Surviving and thriving.
Feeling a sense of agency in my own life and witnessing this process in others.
Helping people access their hidden depths and make connections to parts of themselves which, for one reason or another, they have repressed and cut off from.
Reconnecting.
Retrieving.
Reclaiming.
Celebrating.
Honouring who and what we each are.
And treasuring this planet we inhabit.
That's enough for now.
